Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

300 g Strawberries hulled and sliced

1.5 cup raw cashews soaked overnight in water

3 each limes juiced

1 tablespoon Natvia

0.25 cup Coconut oil

Method

  1. Puree strawberries and strain.
  2. Process cashews, limes, pureed strawberries, and Natvia until smooth.
  3. Add coconut oil and blend until fully combined.
  4. Pour into containers and refrigerate until set slightly.
