Peanut Butter Microwave Cake

Recipe by Natalie Shaw at We Are All Mad Here.

Natalie Shaw is an Instagram addict, fashion and food blogger with a self-confessed love for breakfast, always dishing up something delicious over on her Instagram @natalieshaw_xo.

Everybody loves peanut butter and everybody loves cake, and what everybody loves the most is a chocolate peanut butter cake that can be ready in as little as 5 minutes. This is not a drill.

Suprise everyone’s cravings with this quick, sugar-free dessert.

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbls Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbls Natvia
  • 1 Tbls Drinking Chocolate mix or Cacao Powder.
  • 1 Tbls GF flour
  • Dash of GF baking powder
  • ¼ Dark Chocolate Chips

  1. Place all ingredients into a microwave safe dish/mug
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, checking to see when it has formed a cake like texture. Time will vary depending on the temperature of your microwave and of course on how gooey/cooked you prefer it to be.
  4. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (So Good) and voila!
