Men’s Health Week
According to Australia’s Men’s Health Week Organisation, the health status of males in most countries, including Australia, is generally poorer than that of females.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, men are dying significantly more than females when it comes to skin, lymph and liver cancers. Not just that, when compared with females, Australian males make up the majority of diabetes cases nationally.
In most cases, diabetes is the result of a person’s lifestyle, and where this is prevention we must act!
Removing refined and added sugars from your diet is one of the best ways to improve your overall health. Lots of people consume far too much sugar, usually because of most of it is hidden in regular grocery purchases.
