3 Ingredient Coconut Macarons
Looking for a super easy and delicious sweet treat that doesn’t take long to whip up? Then we have a treat for you. Try our 3 ingredients Coconut Macarons, they’re the perfect amount of #sugarfree sweetness with none of the hassel.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbs Natvia
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Mash the banana.
- Mix with the coconut oil and Natvia until combined. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and then place evenly on a baking paper lined tray. Press down to flatten with a flat of a spatula/spoon and pinch together any cracked edges with your fingertips.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes making sure they do not brown too much. Stand on the tray for 2 minutes and then carefully move to a wire rack to cool completely. They will harden as they cool.
