Chocolate Coconut Slice

  • 2/3 cup/160g/5.6 oz butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup/135g/4.7 oz Natvia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup/112g/3.9 oz plain flour
  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup/75g/2.6 oz desiccated coconut, unsweetened


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. Whisk the egg until light and fluffy. Add Natvia and the egg and mix until combined.
  3. Add the butter and mix until combined.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and desiccated coconut and mix until combined.
  5. Pour into cake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Flip out of pan while still warm.
