Chia and Fruit Energy Bars

Ingredients

0.5 cup sunflower seeds

12 prunes

0.5 tablespoon coconut oil

0.25 cup chopped almonds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon Natvia

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor until well combined, and then hand knead them together.
  2. With parchment paper, spread mixture to roughly 1.5 cm tall.
  3. Wrap tightly in baking paper and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 4 pieces.
  5. *Store in freezer wrapped tightly in parchment paper
  6. **Double the recipe to make double serving amounts
