Banana Protein Pancakes

Who knew pancakes could be so healthy! These pancakes by Viv at @viv.culverwell are packed with delicious nutrition. Using vanilla bean whey. coconut flour and cottage cheese these protein pancakes pancakes are the perfect breakfast treat!
Makes:  6 small pancakes


  • 140g banana
  • 30g Vanilla bean whey
  • 30g coconut flour
  • 80ml egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • 65g cottage cheese
  • 2 sticks Natvia stevia


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Preheat nonstick pan with coconut oil on med heat.
  3. Pour batter onto the hot pan and place the heat on low.
  4. Allow bubbles to start forming on each pancake and then FLIP them.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Layer and top with one Nutty for ‘Nana’ Flip by Chobani and 30g chopped banana.
  7. Devour!!!!

Macros: 7g Carbs / 4g Fat / 9g Protein per pancake only
